Pre-Project Process

From Booking to Contract

Before construction starts, we complete booking, review, consultation, proposal, design approval, and contract signing. This helps keep the project clear, approved, and ready for smooth execution.

    Booking Received

    Your inquiry is received through our website, WhatsApp, or booking form. A booking reference is created so your request can be tracked properly. Example: BK-2026-0041.

  2. 02

    Manager Review

    Our manager reviews your project details, service type, basic requirements, photos, and shared information.

  3. 03

    Consultation Confirmed

    After review, your consultation is confirmed and sent through WhatsApp or dashboard notification.

  4. 04

    Meeting Scheduled

    A site visit or video call is scheduled to discuss your project scope, budget, design needs, and timeline.

  5. 05

    Project Proposal Sent

    Our team prepares and shares a proposal with cost estimate, work scope, project timeline, and payment details.

  6. 06

    Design Approval

    For construction, renovation, interior, and turnkey projects, design approval is required before moving forward. Clients can approve designs or request revisions through the dashboard or app.

  7. 07

    Contract Signed

    Once the proposal, BOQ, payment terms, and design are approved, the contract is signed.

  8. 08

    Project Started

    After contract signing and required mobilization payment, the project officially starts.

A Key Step

Design Approval - Required Before Project Start

Design approval is an important step for construction, renovation, interior, and turnkey projects. Our manager shares drawings, layouts, 3D renders, or design files with the client through the dashboard or app.

The client can approve the design or request revisions. Until the design is approved, the project does not move to contract signing or project start. This helps avoid confusion, unnecessary changes, and delays during construction.

Turnkey Construction Milestones

After the project starts, work is managed through clear construction milestones. Clients can view each stage in the dashboard and app with updates, photos, and payment status.

    Foundation & DPC

    Site preparation, foundation work, DPC, and initial structural base are completed.

  2. 02

    Grey Structure

    Columns, beams, slab, brickwork, and main structural work are completed.

  3. 03

    Roof Slab

    RCC roof slab work is completed according to the approved structure plan.

  4. 04

    Plaster Work

    Internal and external plaster work is completed to prepare the project for finishing.

  5. 05

    Electrical & Plumbing

    MEP rough-in work, conduit, wiring, pipes, drainage, and plumbing lines are completed.

  6. 06

    Flooring & Tiling

    Floor tiles, bathroom tiles, kitchen tiles, and other flooring work are completed.

  7. 07

    Paint & Ceiling

    Paint, false ceiling, finishing work, fixtures, and final detailing are completed.

  8. 08

    Handover & Warranty

    Final inspection is completed, documents are shared, and the project is handed over with warranty details where applicable.
